Course and Website Material
The material provided on this website and it’s course is for the registered user only while using this site. The course and website material including but not limited to pictures, videos, text, courses, trademarks, designs and graphics should not be duplicated or used outside of the course without the written consent of ETCO.
Course Access
Any courses provided by ETCO may only be accessed through ElectricalTrainingCourses.Online after registering and paying the applicable fee each course. Accessing the courses content without registering and paying the applicable corresponding fee is forbidden.
Purchases
Purchases are final sale unless explicitly specified otherwise upon purchase. There is no warranty provided with purchases from this website.
Certificates
All courses must be complete according to the course descriptions and documentation before a certificate can be awarded. Certificates are for the registered user and are not to be duplicated, modified or redistributed in any manner. A certificate is only proof that the course has been completed, but does not certify the user to work with electrical.
Course Timeline
All courses must be completed within the required timeline outlined in the course description and documentation. There is no guarantee the users registration will be valid after the course has exceeded the course required timeline. In such a case, the user accepts the course will be incomplete and no refund will be issued.
Updates and Discontinuation
ETCO may update the course material at any time at the discretion of ETCO. Course updates are intended to better the courses and user experience. ETCO may discontinue any course at any time. If there is any registered users in the course to be discontinues, ETCO will do its best to ensure the users complete the course before discontinuation.
Temporary Website Downtime
In the event of temporary website downtime, either due to internet outage, hosting downtime or any other reason ETCO is not responsible for any lost time. All courses will remain open and users registered. Courses may be resumed as soon as the outage is over.
Lost Data
If ElectricalTrainingCourses.Online website data is lost ETCO will not be held responsible. ETCO has put advanced security measures in place to prevent this, but if for any reason any or all course data is lost or corrupt ETCO can not be held responsible for the lost courses, course material or registered user list. If an event like this were to ever happen, ETCO will work to restore all material and users as soon as possible if possible.
Internet Requirement
The courses provided by this site are intended as online only. The user must have access to the internet in order to take part in the courses on offer and able to access ElectricalTrainingCourses.Online and all of its material.
Termination
ETCO may terminate a users account for any reason they see fit, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions. If for any reason ETCO is no longer existent, including but not limited to internet outage, hosting downtime, security breach, etc. ETCO will not be held responsible for any lost course fees by the end user. If such event is foreseeable, ETCO will attempt to reach out in advanced to the course users.

This site and all of its contents are not intended to be and are not permitted to be used for any illegal actions. This site is intended to provide information but in no way substitutes the electrical training requirements of your area.
Users
If you create a user profile, it is your responsibility to maintain this profile. However ETCO may terminate this profile at it’s sole discretion if it feels these terms were violated or the profile may cause harm to this site or any of its affiliates.
